All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or during unforeseen operational disruptions.
During product launches, seasonal promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Selected international destinations

Estimated Delivery Timelines
India
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United States
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Other International Destinations
Estimated delivery: 8–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

At present, The Elephant Days does not offer a free shipping threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
