SHIPPING& DELIVERY
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are packed and dispatched by us within 0 – 0 days. Delivery times vary by destination — domestic orders typically arrive within 0-0 days, and international orders within 10-12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel's journey to your door.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
RETURNS& REFUNDS
We offer full refunds within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10-12 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
We're so sorry if this happens. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order number. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
