RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

RETURN SHIPPING
India Orders
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, The Elephant Days will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
For size changes or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
Many of our garments feature hand embroidery and artisanal detailing.
Minor variations in embroidery, stitching, texture, and color are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects for return or refund purposes.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personalized products
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Customers in the European Union may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
